Indictment says he was racing his car in Olney By Dan Schere | share this The driver of a car who hit another car in Olney in 2019, killing the driver, has been indicted on charges of manslaughter and driving a vehicle in a speed contest. Camilo Jose Ahumada Serje, now 26, of Olney, was driving a 2014 Infiniti Q50S north on Georgia Avenue near the interchange of the Intercounty Connector (ICC) on Sept. 6, 2019, police said in a press release at the time. Serje’s car hit a 2009 Honda Civic driven by 32-year-old Rene Antonio Hernandez Jr. of Olney, police said. Hernandez was driving south on Georgia Avenue and was trying to turn left onto the ICC.
