Camp Bestival: Traffic management plan in place ahead of event

CAMP Bestival returns this weekend after a two-year break - and organisers have been working with authorities to ensure the event will be as safe as possible.
The family-friendly festival at Lulworth Castle runs from Friday, July 30 to Sunday, August 1, although campsites open on Thursday. It will be one of the country's biggest music events being held since since the lifting of Covid restrictions on July 19.
Dorset Police say officers will be on site to provide reassurance and to deal with any problems. The force says organisers have introduced a number of measures 'that will hopefully reduce any impact felt by the local community'.
