A man whose father and two grandfathers died with cancer has had two children since recovering from his own diagnosis five years ago. Jack Williams, 33, from Solihull, was 28 when he found a lump on his testicle which turned out to be testicular cancer. Since having the lump removed, Mr Williams has started a family with his wife Catherine. (Jack Williams/PA) “When I first found the lump in my testicle, I kept it to myself,” said Mr Williams ahead of Cancer Survivors Day on Sunday. “But then I remembered the promise I’d made to my dad when he was diagnosed with terminal bowel cancer – that I would take any symptoms seriously.
