CapFed Best News: New 'Partner Pairs' program seeks to build racial understanding here

That's the concept behind Mosaic Partner Pairs, a program new to Topeka that connects people from different races, cultures and walks of life for one-on-one conversations about sensitive topics aimed at creating unity and understanding.
