Captain Amarinder Singh (file photo)  |  Photo Credit: Twitter New Delhi: After West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh may skip the NITI Aayog meeting slated to be chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi today. Instead, state Finance Minister Manpreet Singh Badal will attend the meeting, officials said on Thursday. "The Punjab chief minister is indisposed and is likely to skip the Niti Aayog's meeting. The state finance minister will attend in his place," sources close to Singh were quoted as saying by news agency PTI.
