In response to a survey of users of the online 'digital garage', more than half (51%) are also unaware of any government incentives, despite 52% stating they were actively considering an electric vehicle (EV) as their next car. Following the findings, Regit has launched an electric car and hybrid information and buying service to help car owners with the shift from ICE to EV/AFV. Chris Green, Regit's chief commercial officer and founder, said: “The EV survey we conducted earlier this year added weight to what we were already seeing via our regular concierge service – many motorists simply don’t know when or even how to make the switch, nor do they know what model best suits their needs and things like range anxiety and infrastructure are a genuine concern for them.
