Carson City arrests: Two jailed for Douglas County drug-rela

A 19-year-old Carson City man was arrested Wednesday in the area of Winnie and Carson streets for a felony warrant issued out of East Fork Township Court in Douglas County alleging felony drug sales, a sheriff's deputy report states.
