CARIBOU, Maine — Cary Medical Center will host a special presentation on “grounding” at 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 13. Grounding, also called earthing, is a therapeutic technique that involves doing activities that “ground” or electrically reconnect people to the earth. This will be a virtual presentation and pre-registration is required. Those attending the virtual presentation will be eligible to receive a free tree donated by the Central Aroostook Soil and Water Conservation District. The trees are of varying types and will be a foot to a foot and a half tall and ready for planting. Instructions on how to plant and care for the trees will also be provided.
