Published May 26, 2021, 8:49 AM CEBU CITY—The Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX) is already 70.33 percent complete. As of April 2021, the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway Corp. (CCLEC), reported that the overall Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) progress of the 8.5-kilometer CCLEX is at 74.86 percent. With the progress, CCLEX is seen to be substantially completed by the end of 2021 and to open to motorists in the first quarter of 2022. ALMOST COMPLETE.
