Cattle smuggling case: TMC leader Abhishek Banerjee’s close aide not named in CBI chargesheet Munish Pandey The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed its first chargesheet in the cross border cattle smuggling case, sources said. Interestingly, the agency has not named TMC leader and Abhishek Banerjee close aide Vinay Mishra in the chargesheet as accused who was recently raided and summoned by CBI for questioning. Among those named in chargesheet as accused are Satish Kumar, who was the commandant of Border Security Force (BSF) when the alleged cattle smuggling took place, smugglers — Enamul Haque, Anarul Sheikh, Gulam Mustafa - along with Tania Kumar, Rasida Bibi and Badal Krishna Sanyal.
