CBJ reports COVID case count, eyes raising community risk le

Public Health attributes two cases to secondary transmission, one to community spread, and two are under investigation.
CBJ says the daily new cases so far this month have been higher than previous weeks.
If the trend continues, the Emergency Operations Center may elevate the community risk level to Level 2 Moderate.
Some recent positive cases are being attributed to spring break travel.
One of the new cases today is an individual at Harborview Elementary School.
Exposure was limited to one classroom and instruction for that class is being moved to distance delivery.
Other classes and school programs at Harborview are operating normally.
