CBK Produces Challan Against Bandipora Resident For Duping Person On Pretext Of Providing Govt Job SRINAGAR: Crime Branch Kashmir on Thursday produced challan against Bandipora resident for allegedly duping a person on pretext of providing government job in Forest Department. The spokesperson in a statement said that the Crime Branch Kashmir on Thursday produced Challan in Case FIR No. 30/2019 U/S 420,468, RPC against accused Farooq Ahmad Bhat son of Late Ghulam Nabi Bhat a resident Malangam, District Bandipora, before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Bandipora. “Consequent upon a complaint received by Crime Branch Kashmir stating therein that the accused had duped the complainant of his money on the pretext of providing him a Government Job in the Forest Department. The accused had also provided the complainant with a fake recruitment order,” said the spokesman.
