CEBU CITY – The Cebu Bus Rapid Transit (CBRT) project here finally broke ground on Monday, Feb. 27, more than a decade after it was conceptualized.



President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. spearheaded the groundbreaking ceremony at the Fuente Osmeña Circle.
