YouTube personality accused by state of damaging stream by running vehicle through it Updated Mar 17, 2021; An auto-enthusiast who grew a Youtube following by posting videos of himself trashing a truck is now facing charges from the state Fish and Boat Commission for some of the stunts shown in his videos. According to charging documents, Michael J. Hyssong, 27, of Lower Paxton Township, is facing 8 misdemeanor charges of disturbing waterways or watersheds and allowing substances to poison fish, and 10 summary counts of littering near waters and running a vehicle in any stream. Charging documents identified Hyssong as YouTuber Street Speed 717, who has 1.14 million subscribers on his channel.
