South Korea continues to prove itself as a tech powerhouse. The virtual CES this week is featuring quite a large delegation of startup companies from South Korea. And those businesses are in addition to Samsung and LG, both of whom held major product presentations during Media Day on Monday. South Korea’s Ministry of SMEs and Startups (MSS) said this week that it is hosting a (virtual) K-Startup pavilion, featuring 97 different startup companies from the Republic of Korea. Overall, more than 300 South Korean companies are participating in CES, which is the most of any country other than the United States.
