CHA wins recognition for seawall, garage, bathouse work Feb. 26, 2021 FacebookTwitterEmail ALBANY - The Capital New York Branch of the American Public Works Association awarded CHA Consulting three 2020 Project of the Year Awards across multiple categories. CHA's award-winning projects—city of Troy Seawall Stabilization, Roosevelt II Bathhouse, and the Albany International Airport Parking Garage—were recognized at the Capital Branch APWA Virtual Awards Banquet. According to CHA: The City of Troy Seawall Stabilization was selected as Public Works Project of the Year – Disaster or Emergency Construction/Repair ($5 Million, but less than $25 Million). Rehabilitation of the 95-year-old concrete seawall along the banks of the Hudson River protects a significant county wastewater interceptor sewer while providing essential flood protection to Troy's thriving downtown commercial district.
