COOK COUNTY, IL – Chance The Rapper is countersuing his former manager Pat Corcoran. According to legal documents obtained by the Chicago Tribune, Chance filed a lawsuit against Corcoran — a.k.a. Pat The Manager — last week with Cook County court in Illinois. Corcoran and Chance stopped working together in April 2020 after nearly eight years alongside one another. Pat The Manager filed a lawsuit against Chance in November 2020 seeking about $3 million in alleged unpaid commissions. The Coloring Book rapper is looking to have various counts in the suit against him thrown out. With his own claims, he’s demanding more than $3 million in total from the three counts in the lawsuit filed against Corcoran.
