Recruitment consultancy Taylor Hopkinson has secured a contract for the supply of client representatives for work on the 600MW Changfang-Xidao offshore wind farm project off Taiwan. Taylor Hopkinson will deliver client representatives across all packages such as foundations, turbines and cables, including onshore works. The agreement started in January and will run until 2023, the company said. Changfang and Xidao, which reached financial close in February 2020, will be constructed in two phases and is expected to be fully commissioned by December 2023. Changfang and Xidao senior project manager Ryan Colbeck said: “Taylor Hopkinson has been chosen for our Changfang and Xidao project based on their strong presence and excellent track-record in Taiwan and globally.
