Violinist Kevin Matheson and pianist Judith Clark preformed patriotic music from American composers, celebrating Independence Day.  Matheson and Clark brought Gershwin, Fats Waller, Copland and many others to Chatham. Their music blended traditional American folk, jazz and classical all in one for the community to enjoy. Both musicians were glad to have performed in an in-door and in person concert, they said. âIt feels so wonderful to play like this again,â said Clark. âIâm honestly love playing hereâ¦thereâs something special about this church,â said Matheson. Matheson and Clark collaborated on music planning for the concert. They met together many times looking over popular contemporary patriotic pieces as well as past Broadway pieces as well.
