运输工具上如发现牛结节性皮肤病疫情，严格依法对污染或可能污染区域监督实施防疫消毒处理。凡违反上述规定者，由海关依照《中华人民共和国海关法》、《中华人民共和国进出境动植物检疫法》及其实施条例有关规定处理。
