The Independent MASSILLON – A first job can be an exciting time for young people, and one Stark County teen has the chance to take that thrill to a higher degree. Local businessman Jeff Doll and his daughter, Chloe, are opening Chloe's Diner on the city's northeast side. For Chloe, the eatery will be her first dabble into the job market. "I'm excited. This will be nice to have as a first job," she said. "It should be a good social place." Chloe's Diner, 112 First St. NE, is expected to open in May. The interior will take patrons back to the 1950s, '60s and '70s, featuring many classic cars from those decades parked inside.
