The Independent MASSILLON – A first job can be an exciting time for young people, and one Stark County teen has the chance to take that thrill to a higher degree. Local businessman Jeff Doll and his daughter, Chloe, are opening Chloe's Diner on the city's northeast side. For Chloe, the eatery will be her first dabble into the job market. "I'm excited.
