CIMB has informed its customers that the Instant Transfer option for its online banking service, CIMB Clicks is not available for the time being. According to its official website, the feature has been inaccessible since 10:30 AM today although some customers did say that they were having trouble using Instant Transfer since a few days ago. As expected, the reason behind this was not revealed to customers. That being said, the bank’s customer service agents have stated that CIMB Clicks is currently experiencing “unusually high traffic” in their replies to customers on Facebook and Twitter, which mirrors the notification on its website.
