Cirencester man, 51, who drove while disqualified handed suspended sentence


A 51-year-old Cirencester man who drove while disqualified and without insurance has received a suspended sentence.
Daniel Galbraith, of Beech Grove Court, pleaded guilty to three offences when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on December 8.
Magistrates heard how Galbraith drove on London Road, Cirencester, on May 7, whilst disqualified from driving, without insurance and without a test certificate.
Galbraith was sentenced to eight weeks in jail, suspended for eight months.
He was also ordered pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £122 and pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
