Uniindia: Cuttack, Sep 17 (UNI) Technological advancement has become essential for functioning of judiciary, Chief Justice of India (CJI) Justice Uday Umesh Lalit said here on Saturday while inaugurating 34 paperless courts in 30 districts of Odisha.
