Clark Devt Corp. issues desist order to illegal earth moving

THE Clark Development Corp. (CDC) issued a cease and desist order (CDO) on September 12 to stop the unauthorized digging and other 'earth moving activities' within the Clark Special Economic Zone. The order was prompted by the lack of the required environmental and construction permits as mandated by CDC.
