Workington Magistrates Court A DISQUALIFIED west Cumbrian motorist has been jailed for 26 weeks after he admitted a catalogue of offences. Workington's Magistrates Court heard Cleator Moor man Matthew Jordan Watkinson committed his most recent offence as he drove a Volkswagen Passat in High Street, Cleator Moor, on March 7 last year. The 26-year-old, of Croasdale Place, Cleator Moor, initially denied driving while disqualified but changed his plea to guilty. He also admitted being uninsured. Watkinson went on to admit five more offences, mostly committed on January 28 last year. They were: * Driving an off-road and 'non-road legal' motorcross motorcycle on Norfolk Road, Penrith while over the limit for a cannabis breakdown product.
