London, 3 June 2021: In a statement issued yesterday, the Co-Chairs of the International Follow-up Committee on Libya reiterated their support for Libya’s unity, stability, security, sovereignty and prosperity. They called on Libya’s stakeholders to keep to the LPDF Roadmap which prescribes for constitutionally based 24 December 2021 elections, the full implementation of the October ceasefire, which includes the immediate withdrawal of all foreign forces and respect of the UN arms embargo, national reconciliation, and the adoption of the 2021 budget.
