By Oliver Lees Coaches are being organised to replace V/Line trains across the state, as a major power outage in the CBD has severely limited the regional train service. V/Line has advised that it is attempting to “source as many coaches as possible” to replace train services but urged passengers not to use the V/Line service for non-essential travel. Limited train services have recommenced travel to and from Southern Cross Station about 9.30am, V/Line said in a statement. Coaches have been dispatched to run from Kyneton Station to Southern Cross Station and one coach has been dispatched to run from Gisborne Station to Southern Cross Station.
