Coast solar developer clouded by 'critical' red tape : vimar

Infrastructure Priority List report released last week adding renewables as major areas of focus.
Enertech PV CEO Luciano Giangiordano said while he was pleased to see investment in renewables as a priority, he remained concerned about red tape and regulators.

He said regulators and the numerous layers of red tape were holding back progress on his solar projects, which would help address the problem highlighted in the report.
"Being at the coalface and developing three solar projects (across Queensland) it's great that they're starting to make investment and focus attention on the bottlenecks from the technology side and the engineering side," he said.
