Need to Know:
This function enables NPPS users to record interactions with customers, internal contacts, as well as recording the issue of penalty related factsheets.
Step 1 Select Record Interaction from the Actions dropdown.
Step 2 Enter the Interaction Title.
Step 3 The Contact is the Customer checkbox is already selected but this can be deselected if the contact isn’t the customer. If the contact isn’t the customer you will be required to select the correct option either Internal or Agent from the Contact Type dropdown. If you select Internal you will need to complete the Contact / Name field.
