COLD CASE: Mason man charged with 2008 murder of missing MSU student
When Krista Lueth, 34, disappeared in November 2008, her family feared the worst.
She wasn't the type to drop everything and run away, her family and friends told the State Journal in 2008. 
Police declared her disappearance a homicide in September 2009, and in 2014, named Brad Cournaya as the sole suspect. Cournaya and Lueth had recently broken up, but her father told the State Journal in 2008 it wasn't clear what led to the break up. 
Cournaya, 53, was charged last month with Lueth's murder. Lueth's body was never found.
Lueth's father said after the breakup, Lueth had complained about Cournaya calling her constantly.
