HARRISBURG — Fire Department (100 South Main Street). HERRIN — City Hall (300 North Park Avenue). MARION — 211 East Boulevard Street. Open daily from 6:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m. until further notice. Guests must arrive prior to 9:00 p.m. and any guest leaving after 10:00 p.m. will not be readmitted.
