Woolworths and Coles have been forced to bring back toilet paper purchase limits in Victoria as the state was plunged into its fifth coronavirus lockdown.
The supermarket giants reinstated a limit of two packs of toilet paper per customer in-store and online on Thursday ahead of the snap five-day shut down from 11.59pm.
The precautionary measures hope to stamp out the threat of panic buying amid the lockdown.
