Colorado Springs City Council approves six-figure settlement

The Colorado Springs City Council voted 7-2 to approve a settlement of at least $100,000 with a police protester, Tara Hadam. Hadam filed a federal lawsuit suing five Colorado Springs Police Department officers and the city of Colorado Springs earlier this year.
