Glebe Road, said Mary Senn, vice-president of Georgia-based Southeastern Real Estate Group LLC, the developer overseeing the project. "We are under way," she confirmed. Initial work began in 2020 with utility relocation and demolition of the vacant American Service Center building, Southeastern President Mark Senn told ARLnow in October.
