What is your secret to hosting? Think frazzle free. I think it’s so important to do what you want to do and eat what you want to eat. That way, you’ll hopefully have a feast or a spread that you enjoy making, feel comfortable and confident with and that will all radiate into your home and the whole evening. A stressed host does not make for a fun party! For me, thinking frazzle free means coming up with a menu and then probably cutting it in half. Especially as we’re now even more happy to JUST be together, lets keep it simple, pick recipes that involve as few steps as possible and can be finished off in a relaxed way last minute - adding herbs, crumbling cheese, giving it a final grill for a golden crust or, if you’re like me, pick recipes that can be made earlier that day or the night before so the flavours develop.
