IPOH: A policeman has claimed trial at a Sessions Court here to 25 counts of abetting his wife in making false salary claims for over RM200,000. Mohamad Iqbal Fakhruddin Roslan, 31, a lance corporal based in Shah Alam, pleaded not guilty to all the charges before judge Indra Nehru yesterday. He was charged under Section 18 of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act 2009. If found guilty, he faces a jail sentence of up to 20 years and a fine of not less than five times the value of bribe or RM10,000, whichever is higher.
