Cost of prescription drugs to the NHS reached a new high in

New figures show that the total cost of prescription medicines to the NHS in England reached a new high of £17.2 billion in the financial year 2021 -2022, according to a new independent report by the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and the University of York.
