The volume of clients coming to the office was already increasing; it was Keener who started converting from typewriters to computers. âIâm grateful to him for that because that moved us forward a lot,â she said. Theyâve also added new locations over the years, including a kiosk at the library in Seymour thatâs currently closed while the building is being renovated. Cotter said sheâs hoping theyâll get more space and be able to offer more services in Seymour when that location reopens. Sheâs also hopeful that the office will get more space when the county builds a new courts building.
