Stockton councillor Luke Frost was reacting to research by the group UN Women UK which revealed that 97 per cent of women aged 18 to 24 had been sexually harassed and said “some of that figure will be when a man has had enough”. Cllr Frost, who is a member of the Thornaby Independent Association and was elected in 2019, said he was being targeted by Labour opponents and they were trying to twist his views.
