The neighborhood planning process for northern South Park is paused and may be delayed as the Teton County Board of County Commissioners considers whether to give an advisory committee more opportunity to weigh in. After a debate about slowing down a process that was intended to be âquickâ â about eight months, wrapping up around July â the five elected officials took a step Monday towards delaying the planning process by three or four weeks. It is already about a month behind schedule. âLetâs be smart about this, letâs use the experts in our community,â Commissioner Greg Epstein said, after he and Commissioner Mark Barron lobbied for the change.
