Couple left almost £10,000 out of pocket despite court win against 'cowboy' builder

Catherine Newcombe and husband Stephen were awarded almost £5,000 in court against a 'cowboy' builder but years later and having run up further costs they've yet to see a penny - and been left with no faith in the justice system
