In a day of emotional submissions Friday, Provincial Court Justice Kael McKenzie heard statements from both the victim’s mother, and driver Nicole Knott.
Galila Bruk, 4, died as a result of injuries suffered when she was struck by an SUV crossing Isabel Street at Alexander Avenue on March 18, 2019.
