Covid 19 coronavirus: Bluetooth usage pulls well ahead of poster scanning - and that's a problem

The latest NZ Covid Tracer app stats from the Ministry of Health show we're still slackers at scanning posters, but more and more of us are turning on Bluetooth.
For Saturday, January 23, some 286,646 people scanned at least one QR code poster.
But the number who had switched on the app's Bluetooth automated contact-tracing feature - introduced ahead of Christmas - had reached 605,751.
