制造业是实体经济的重要基础。通过技术创新、产业创新，推动制造业加速向数字化、网络化、智能化发展，是中国从制造业大国迈向制造业强国的关键。日前，工信部、科技部、财政部、商务部、国务院国资委、证监会等六部门联合印发《关于加快培育发展制造业优质企业的指导意见》，就提高优质企业自主创新能力、引导优质企业高端化智能化绿色化发展等方面提出了指导意见。
