After making a stop at a clinic at First Zion Baptist Church near Dumfries, the governor headed to Todos Supermarket in Marumsco Plaza. More than 400 people — most of them Latinos, who have been most at risk by the virus — lined up to get their shots. “I’m sorry I’m not able to understand you but thank you for what you’re doing,” Northam said to a Hispanic man and woman working at a registration desk at the clinic.
