Wehas been incredible what have been able to do in a short time. We are helping other countries also because we have been doing it at a level that no one has ever seen before. Industrial announced production rose for the Third Straight month. Thats a big thing. Factory output was up 3. 4 this month after a 5. 7 increase last month. Manufacturing Capacity Utilization is now up to almost 70 . We are coming back very strong. We should have a very good third quarter. We should have an unbelievably good year. Next year, if we dont mess it up with somebody who has no idea what they are doing, it could be a fantastic year. The administration has exercised the authority under the defense that is 78 times dispersing over 3. 5 billion to speed the manufacturing of essential materials. I have used it more comprehensively than any president in history. There was a time when the media would say why are you using it . We have used it a lot where necessary. We have had part, to remit his cooperation. By invoking the defense production act, we have mobilized the might of General Motors to manufacture ventilators. Dayspurposed a plant in 17 , an alltime record, and now has produced over 21,000 ventilators. We are also working with Ford Motor Company and General Electric to produce over 30,000 ventilators per month in michigan. They have done a great job. Our nation is now the king of ventilators. We are sending them all over the world and helping a lot of countries that could never have ventilators. I guess we are looking to produce over 200,000 ventilators by the end of the year. Those are some numbers. We are helping a lot of countries. 3m toil, i directed increase its manufacturing of n95 masks. Over oneincreased by Million Masks per day. Think of that. The increased production by over one million per day. 3m is now manufacturing an additional 39 Million Masks per month. We also worked with honeywell to open factories in arizona and rhode island. They are now producing over 20 Million Masks per month. Domestic u. S. Manufacturing will have produced over one billion n95 respirators by the end of the year. They are all made here in the usa. Overall, we have increased and 95 mask reduction by 400 Million Masks per year. Say why not 500 or 600 . Nobody has seen numbers like this ever. We delivered more than 75 lion to puritan miracle medical and main. There were tremendous numbers of people along the roads on the way to puritan medical. They have doubled their production of testing swabs from 20 million to 40 million per month. They are doing a fantastic job. Fight used the dpa to price gouging and hoarding. My administration located and seized over half a million hoarded pieces of personal protective equipment including respirators000 n95 and surgical masks. That is hoarding. Decisivestrations actions have yielded incredible resorts. Results. We have replenished the Strategic National stockpile that was very badly depleted when we took office. Totally neglected. In the last Administration Since the start of the pandemic, we have tripled the number of n95 masks to over 40 million. Tripled the number of masks. Quadruple the number of ventilators. By september, the Strategic National stockpile inventory is on track to contain over 300,000 excuse me 300 million n95 respirators and surgical masks over 4. 5 billion gloves and over 190,000 ventilators. That is far more than we have ever done before. Its not even close. As we talk about the economy, we continue to restore Americas Industrial might. We are bringing more jobs to the usa. We understand the Economic Health is critical to public health. Weekll be discussing next some of the outstanding numbers we have compared to any other country. There is no country even close. What they have done what we have done compared to them on the economy and also during the time of the china virus. In the last three months, we have added jobs every single day. We have also added six under 20,000 manufacturing jobs in the past three months despite people saying you cant do manufacturing jobs anymore. They were wrong. Weekly jobless just fell below one million for the first time. Asm pleased to announce that part of operation warp speed, the federal government will be partnering with Mckesson Corporation which is a Major Medical supplier to rapidly distribute a china virus vaccine as soon as one is approved. We currently have three candidates in phase three Clinical Trials and we are on pace to have over 100 million doses of a vaccine ready before the end of the year. 500 million doses very shortly thereafter. We are ready logistically to distribute them. Our military is ready. We have a great general in charge, thats what he does is he distributes things. Usually it is people, weapons, tanks, but in this case is a vaccine or therapeutic. We continue to actively monitor the virus, executing our strategy to protect the vulnerable and prevent overcrowding of hospitals. I saw where sleepy joke tried to claim credit. Im try to figure out how that works. They made a terrible deal with iran. It was a horror show and i ended it. They gave 150 billion for nothing. Deal. Ot nothing from that just like they have been weak on china, they have been weak on russia, they have been week on everyone and the most of which iran. That was a great deal by talented people who work with me and it has been praised all over the world. Every Vice President a candidate has a liability. Kamala harris seemed to be easy to address on the campaign trail. When you look around and think about who the most obvious choice was and the choice whose strengths clearly outweighed her weaknesses, Kamala Harris was at the top of the list. Guest i think the biggest weakness would be in terms of her record as attorney general, it is possible that the Trump Administration might suggest that she was too tough on crime which is ironic. It is something the democrats will have to at least be able to manipulate because they want to make sure that people of color and people who are very excited about the black lives matter
