I am going to put you up first. Thank you all for being here today. We appreciate your time and your interest in some of our concerns, and the purpose of this is to convey our concerns that the department of justice, we are waiting for them to give us some kind of admission they are actually investigating the multiple allegations of improprieties in this 2020 president ial election. We have a keen interest in that, but we think all American People do as well, and we want to call attention to our efforts to communicate with the department of justice and attorney general barr to have him include us in the information he has us appears to be investigating. We will hear from several of our members today. The first one we will hear from is congressman ralph norman from south carolina. Ralph . Rep. Norman the bedrock of our republic is open, transparent, Fair Elections. And that is wet, as andy alluded to, we encourage the doj, we are encouraging an open transition of examining everything, and where theres smoke, theres fire. Immediately after november 3, the press started calling for the president to concede and basically anoint biden. These things take time. Al gore got 37 days in one state. All we are asking for is where there is evidence of impropriety that you examine it. I got a list the other day of examples of one ballot sheet that had the name and had a po box, apartment. That takes time to investigate. That it is notn enough to overturn the election, that remains to be seen. We are calling for, and all of our Freedom Caucus members are calling for an open, transparent review of all the records. If or can get it in 2000, we ought to be able to get it now. And never more important than it is today. Thank you for coming. Rep. Biggs thanks, ralph. I am going to add just a few comments with regard to some of the discussion that attorney general barr indicated earlier, that was reported widely that he said there is no evidence of widespread fraud in the 2020 election that would actually change the outcome. Day aally, the same little later on, there was a statement put out by the doj that said that that report was incorrect, that the department has concluded has not concluded an investigation of election fraud, nor has it announced an affirmative finding of no fraud in the election. So, there are some mixed signals that are going on there. To be frank with you, those of us who called on the doj to be actually conducting investigations into the elections, i think i was surprised at the first statement by the attorney general, but i was also even more surprised by the walk back of that statement. I think one of the things that we really want to know is, we want the transparency, we want to understand is an investigation going on . What kind of investigation . What are you looking for . There have been all kinds of reports. We had a hearing in arizona where evidence was alluded to that more than 6000 ballots had been cast for people who are not on the voter rolls. Another 2000 ballots had been cast when there was no address or indication of residence of those ballots. In a state of 3. 3 million votes cast and about 10,400 votes separating the two parties, you can imagine when you Start Talking about evidence like that that it narrows this thing so considerably, as well as additional evidence, investigations that are going on in arizona. But if the doj is investigating, they certainly have not let it out. We have seen what has happened with the durham investigation, where us sensibly an investigation is going on. We hear about things, but nothing is produced. That is what we are trying to get at now. I am going to announce our next speaker member of the house Freedom Caucus, who is going to speak. The gentleman from texas, mr. Michael clapp. Rep. Clapp thank you for being here today. Nothing could be more important and ensuring free, Fair Elections in our republic. I think it is important to understand the context of where many of the American People are at when it comes to this election. Thinking how did we get here . If we think, we saw the targeting of conservatives, we have seen the intelligence agencies weaponized against this president , we have seen the pfizer court abused the fisa court abused, we have seen impeachments at the taxpayers expense. We have seen the media be intentionally biased against this president. We have seen social media hypocrisy in censoring conservatives, but not terrorists or communists, and the list goes on and on. All that is before one vote is even taken. We come to the point post election where we have a number of eyewitness testimonies, we have statistical anomalies, we have discrepancies that are highly improbable, and that should cause our curiosity to wonder. And indeed, i think a recent survey came out that said half of americans believe there were votes either stolen or destroyed. Votes were stolen or destroyed ballots to ensure a biden win. And even 30 icans, of democrats believe that, according to this one survey that came out. That theed to ensure trust of the American People in our election process is restored. Americans have questions about this election, legitimate questions about this election, and i can tell you what is not going to restore the confidence is what we have seen in the there is nothing to see here by thei the media media and even by the department of justice. It is only natural at this point for american staff suspicion. When youre presented with two sets of facts, you have to ask yourself, who are americans supposed to believed at this point . The institutions that lied to them for the last four years . Look at the evidence. The questions are real. They are of real concern, and it is important that we do the Due Diligence in our role, in the oversight capacities we have in congress and also at the department of justice, and the media to look into these allegations, to really give it the effort that it is worth. We have eyewitness testimonies, we have whistleblowers coming out saying that improprieties have happened. These are the American People. This is their country, and certainly we should give them to see what isce true and what is not in this election. There has been a lot of talk about trying to overturn this election. Nobody wants to overturn an election. What we want to do is reveal what is true in the election. We want to make sure our elections are secure, our elections are accurate, and the right person is elected to this office. The person that the people want to serve in that office. Thank you for being here today. Thank you for this concern. We do urge the attorney general, if they are working on this, please let us know. Let us know the Due Diligence we have seen. We have seen the concerns of the court being delayed, and we are concerned we are running out the clock on this as well. Rep. Biggs thanks, representative cloud. Next, we will hear from the gentleman from pennsylvania, mr. Scott perry, after which the gentle men from texas, randy weber. I am concerned among other things that elected officials and people at the Justice Department saying, whether there is fraud or not, it is not enough to overturn the election. It is not enough to make a difference. Ladies and gentlemen, i dont understand. If there is criminal activity present, there is criminal activity. Why is it ok . If somebody is murdered, we dont let the perpetrator get away with murder because we cant change the results, we cant bring the person back to life. But we dont let someone get away with murder. If somebody attempts murder, we dont say, you did get away with it, so it is all good. Or attempted robbery or attempted arson. We pursue that because it is a crime. On behalf of everybody, weve pursue that we pursue that. I agree with my colleagues that when there is smoke, there is fire. There is credible evidence. There is credible testimony there were problems here. Ladies and gentlemen, this is about the free and Fair Election in the United States of america and if the american citizens are going to trust their country and trust their elections and want to take part in their representative republic in these elections, they need to know that they are fair. And the fact that if nothing else that these machines were not connected to the internet. I remind everybody that for the last four years, we said, you said, this town said that the russians helped donald trump win the election and they hacked it, with no evidence whatsoever. Now sitting under a mountain of evidence, no one wants to take a look. Ladies and gentlemen is urgent. We cannot wait for a year for durham or the attorney general to get to the answer. The American People need to know right now. We have an election in georgia next month. We need to know right now whether we can trust it. We call on the attorney general to get in there, do a foreign sick audit, and let us know if this has been a Fair Election. Let me fix something that my colleague said, mr. Cloud. He said no one is trying to overturn an election. Today, that is true. But for the last four years, it wasnt true. You had the lying fake media, fake news, your social media, you have the democrats, the fake impeachment that is already been talked about. They indeed were trying to overturn an election. Now they are trying to accuse us of doing it. The hypocrisy is unbelievable. There is nothing more sacred than americans right to vote. This fundamental right must be preserved and protected by our great republic. We are given the charge to protect that right. Unfortunately, through the lack of voter id, the ballot harvesting, the increased electronic voting, and now the of mailins ballots, we have seen it highly compromised. November more so than third, 2020 election. Both republicans and democrats alike have lost faith in the very election process. Even more troubling is the lack of action that has been cited appear to pursue the numerous claims of 2020 voter fraud and the delay and preserving the potential evidence in voter fraud. The Justice Department was quick substantiatedd of ubstantiated investigation into the Trump Administration. How quick were they . Declarationssworn i am not talking about hiding behind the curtains whistleblowers. I am talking about 545 sworn affidavits, 14,200 incident reports filed in the state. Pennsylvania, georgia, nevada, wisconsin. The doj appears to be distancing itself from these legitimate claims. Sworn affidavits. Attorney general barr has stated that the department of justice remains open to investigating voter fraud. Great. What is he actually doing . I have to ask myself. Why are election materials and Voting Machines not being gathered and preserved for investigation . Evidence in our possession and make sure we have it substantiated, documented. Thoroughly investigating all legitimate claims of voter fraud is an absolute bare minimum. We are obligated, the department of justice is obligated, attorney general barr is obligated to ensure a trustworthy electoral process. In order to regain the trust of our citizens and the integrity of our very own ballots, we must collect all those facts, all the evidence, and leave no stone unturned. Hill to dieis not a on. This is the hill to die on. If we dont do the right thing and thoroughly investigate all claims of voter fraud, our citizens will never, ever, ever feel secure again in our elections. This is our highest priority, mr. Attorney general. I yield now to the jenna men from ohio, mr. Davis. Davis thank you all for paying attention to this really important issue. We represent millions of americans who do not have confidence in the outcome of this election, not because of the declared winner, but because of irregularities in the voting process. There are concerns in sworn statements of fraudulent activity, criminal activity in this election, and they deserve to be investigated. The department of justice exists to do that, to ensur to assue the American Public that justice will be done. I remember recently when a nascar race or rightly had fears there was a racially motivated threat. The department of justice acted swiftly and decisively, and we watched a very public investigation so that the world knew they took this seriously. Level of the same response is warranted, and we are on a defined clock. December 14 is when the electoral meets. If they are going to meet, the electors have to be seated. The investigation is incredibly consequential because it could change the outcome of the election. But for the American People, they deserve to know whether the fraud that happened will change the outcome or want. If it is never thoroughly investigated, it is not going to change anything. And most importantly, it is not going to give the American Public the confidence they need to engage and participate in our election. The reality is this election represents something tremendous. It would be the highest Voter Participation of any election in recent history, which is great news for the health of our society if it is actually factually accurate. It is a great thing when the public engages in that. What is going on right now is the department of justice and others are effectively engaging in full Voter Suppression by discouraging people from participating. Nearly half the country feels their vote may be diluted or stolen because of fraud in an election. That cannot stand in our department of justice. Act must act, and they must publicly, and they must act swiftly. It is time, mr. Attorney general. Please do your duty. Just to add on or buckle on to something mr. Davidson just said, because it is so critical, it does not matter necessarily who the next if there election will be viewed as one of illegitimacy through voter fraud. It doesnt matter whether it is biden or President Trump. We have just seen four years of attacks on President Trump, all with this notion he was an illegitimate president. The left went out after him, said he was an illegitimate president , filed impeachment the day after he was elected it is important as my colleagues have said that this attorney general conduct his investigation. It needs to be open, public in the sense that we know something is happening. A goodoes not, there is half of this country that will always view this election as being, having an illegitimate result. No one can really govern under that. It undermines the future of the country and institutions that have made us the envy of the world. Colleaguesined my calling on attorney general barr to immediately let us know what he is doing. I will turn some time over to my friend, the gentleman from texas. Thank you, i appreciate you being here. We are coming down to the wire. Jobave not had a proper done by the department of justice or fbi. When i read our attorney general said he had seen no evidence of fraud in this election, then i flashback to meetings with jeff sessions, and telling him about a case where we had a witness who had a stack of documents, some of which were lay down felony cases. He, in my presence, directed the fbi to go out and investigate. They waited until the last minute. They ordered this witness, the fbi agents did, to come forward, but do not bring any of your documents. Ordering her not to bring the evidence, then turned around and told attorney general sessions she did not have anything, there was nothing there, there is no case, nothing. That is what i was reminded of what attorneyat, general barr had said. Look, it is obvious to some of us that Christopher Wray took his instructions to clean up the fbi as instructions to sweet things under the carpet. Sweep things under the carpet. It may be that attorney general barr needs to stop using people with problems in washington, but getting fbi agents outside of washington who can be trusted, or use the u. S. Marshals that can be trusted. There is evidence that has to be gathered. We are trying to bring this to the Justice Department to do thething to protect integrity of the 2020 election. There was evidence of fraud in Dallas County and the 2018 primary general election, and they did nothing. The attorney general was occupied when he should have been pursuing this. We did not get any work at of this Justice Department. There is widespread evidence of have notcause people done their jobs. Will deserve a big notation in history when it is written of the rise and fall of the United States if they do not clean up this mess, cleanup the fraud, do your jobs, and save this little experiment in selfgovernment. There is a saying that a picture is worth a thousand words. The picture that should be ingrained in the mind of every american is that the Vote Counting Center where the transparent glass is covered over by large sheets. Most americans know there is only one reason to do that, because you want to conceal a crime on the other side of that glass. Ladies and gentlemen, it is possible that criminal ballot fraud was committed on the others of that glass, and the only way we will know is by the attorney general bringing federal investigators to find out what went on. The American People deserve to know. Every american knows a vote should not be counted in secret. You can believe your lying eyes. Votes were counted in secret, and americans deserve to know why. We implore you to work on this as fast as you can, not just for the american citizens and selection, but america is the longestserving democracy, form of government in the world. Our republic has been around it is the Gold Standard to the rest of the world. If we cannot do elections right, how are we to promote our form of government anywhere else in the world . Acts imperative you properly, fast, because of the evidence of the fraudulence that went on is pretty glaring, and it needs to be investigated, not just for the american citizens, as important as that is we have had 45 president s and have had a peaceful transfer of power but if we do not do this properly, other countries challenged by china offering a different form of government, looking at america saying, do you want that form of government . It is our duty as americans, your duty as the attorney general of the country to investigate early, rapidly, so we can pass on regardless of the results. We will accept the results, but not until they are shown that the fraud has been taken out of that. I yield back. Thank you for being here. I conclude saying this election took place one month ago. When this election was on thatd, at least houseer 3 day, this Freedom Caucus called on the department of justice to begin looking and investigating and going through the claims, and as votes were being counted, post election day, those claims continued. We urged the attorney general to investigate, to make sure we can rely on the integrity of the election. In a republic, there is nothing more detrimental than not to be able to trust your institutions, which are created by those who have the ultimate power. We do not have any power as members of congress. It is the people of this country from which our authority is derived, because they delegate it to us. We begin calling upon the department of justice to look into these allegations, these claims. A month has gone by. We are running out of clock. Left to not much runway land the plane, and that plane that has to be landed is one of voter and election integrity. There is nothing more important now than mr. Barr and the doj and fbi and Christopher Wray than eliminate false claims of fraud, and verify the veracity of claims. Otherwise imnow, afraid for the future of this republic. I think i members of the Freedom Caucus for being here. Do we have time for a question . We have time. Attorney general bill barr is appointed by the president. Do you have confidence in the attorney general to investigate . I use to. I used to. I feel he has been missing in action. The reality is he is capable, qualified, and a department of qualified individuals. We need them in action from a month ago. We are running out of time. He needs to get them going. Any plans for you are members of the caucus who object to the certification [indiscernible] we will have to see what happens january 6. If attorneyat general barr does not come back to the table . There are seven states that are battleground states where there are allegations taking place. In each of those states, they are continuing investigations, there are lawsuits pending, but we need the in premature of the doj the im reporter [indiscernible] each state has a different method of resolving these electoral issues. My advice, and i do not want to speak for the entire caucus, everybody up here probably has a different point of view you have to keep pursuing every avenue. Lets resolve every issue, lets count every legal ballot, discount each fraudulent ballot, and make sure we get this process done right and completed. What you said about criticism that the gop is not doing enough to highlight this, that is why we are here today. That is exactly why we are here. Hold on a second, we have been highlighting it. Where have you folks been . If you turn on mainstream video, you are not seeing any of this, none of this. We are doing our part standing here, we need everybody else to tell both sides of the story. Giuliani says because i do not know of any evidence the doj has been following through with any of the leads, any of the affidavits sworn to, any public testimony where people have come forward and said what they observed, these witnesses. That ased to call compound question when i practiced law. The seven states, georgia, pennsylvania, michigan,. Isconsin, nevada, arizona six states. I will speak to my state because i know what is going on there. You have 10,400 vote separation joeeen President Trump and biden. You have a witness whose testimony was elucidated a way eek ago monday where people not on their rolls allegedly cast ballots. You also had residents in dispute or not properly notarized acknowledged. You also had 1. 9 million early ballots. The question about those early ballots was, were they properly authenticated . We are requesting in arizona a full Forensic Audit of not just machines but also the early ballots, and to follow every lead. That would more than compensate. In another event im going to go to, we will talk about what happened this week in arizona where a 3 error rate was shown, and a followup sample had a smaller error rate but still an error rate. The 3 error rate would result in over 100,000 ballots changing hands. That is enough to overthrow the election change the election result. Is aboutduce that, it 17,000 ballots that would be overturned. That would also change the election outcome in arizona. I dont understand how the Republican Leaders in that state and the Democratic Leaders with 30 of polled democrats in the country say they believe there was something that went on amiss. I do not understand why in arizona they are not conducting a full Forensic Audit. Each of these states has similar issues in almost every one of them.
