Cubans are demanding a change from Cuba’s Communist government, Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel, offered some self-criticism while saying that government shortcomings in handling shortages and other problems played a role in protests. Prime Minister Manuel Marrero announced customs flexibility for Cuban citizens who go on foreign trips to bring home toiletries, food and medicines, which are the most hard to find items in Cuba.
